YogaWorks Irvington is perched high above the Hudson River in a beautiful, historic Beaux-Arts building designed by the acclaimed American architect Stanford White. This charming, high-ceilinged space has river views, carved mantels, and exceptional light, and is surrounded by the incomparable natural beauty of the Hudson Valley. The Irvington studio is just one block away from the Metro North Station (approximately 40 minutes by train from Grand Central) on South Buckhout Street. Irvington’s wonderful quaint shop and restaurants are all within walking distance. This serene studio is a community-centered place where students and staff are on a first name basis. The studio offers several a variety of classes including Hatha, Asthanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow and Kids Yoga at all levels. A monthly intensive beginner’s course is a popular option, and the staff and teachers are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
