Daily Mysore classes in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Over 20 classes/week: beginner, prenatal, meditation, kirtan, privates, and master workshops. As teachers of Ashtanga yoga, it is our intention to support all levels of students to use traditional practice as a life management system. Through constant care of the practice, we strive to share with each student: awareness, objectivity, self- reliance, and inner joy. Classes offer a comfortable and professional environment with continuous transmission of what our teachers have shared with us and what you may ultimately share with others.
