With the holidays upon us, our diets tend to become a bit unforgiving. It’s a natural thing to indulge in the delights while sharing moments with friends and family, but on the down side a lot of us tend to over-do it. I know that I am guilty of becoming a gluten and I get the feeling that I am not alone. I found this great video that “Ignites the Fire in the Belly”. I tried the routine and I really liked it. It is very simple and any novice can benefit from it.
