Gentle Yoga (Hatha-Iyengar), Yoga Flow (Ashtanga), prenatal, and yoga core classes offered daily in a quaint and tranquil yoga studio. The classes are taught in a multi-level format with safe modifications appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Our yoga studio does not adhere to any particular philosophy, religion or type of meditation. There is no chanting, Sanskrit words, or religious connotations used. The yoga workouts combine deep breathing, stretching, strength and balance, cardiovascular exercise and a meditation/â€cool downâ€ session to provide a complete workout for the mind and body.
