Our yoga combines a flow type series in a heated room (100+). The sessions combine deep breathing, strength & balance, stretching and a “cool down”. We pride ourselves on being a fitness yoga studio. There is no chanting, sanskrit words, or philosophy offered as part of our classes (but we know them and we teach them). Just hot dynamic fitness yoga. Our classes give you a total workout that is fun to do and powerfully effective. Each class is a little different so you are challenged and you get fitter faster and maintain your fitness longer. Arrive early, space is limited.
