At Yoga Circle Studio, we have paid special attention to creating a safe, serene, joyous, and beautiful space for the exploration of the link between the body, the mind and the spirit—all for health and a sense of well-being. We offer several styles of yoga, as well as Pilates, tai chi, meditation, and now the Nia Technique. All of these practices create more strength, flexibility, and balance, both physically and mentally, leading to greater self-awareness, inner wisdom, and a healing center within.
