Today in class during our warm up we did the Butterfly Pose. I have done this pose many times and have never given it any real credit. I mean its a basic pose that relieves tension in the thighs, opens up your hips, and preps us for the hard stuff. There is nothing flashy or advanced about it. I think what makes it so fantastic is its simplistic nature. So today I am giving a tribute to the Butterfly Pose.
