Our intention at The Studio at Panterra is to support you in experiencing the healing power of yoga, breath, and movement while serving the journey of human consciousness. Dariel Woltz, studio director, lived, along with her husband, Michael, at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for six years and is a Yoga Alliance RYT 500 as well as a movement therapist. She has studied in the Iyengar Yoga tradition for more than 20 years and brings 28 years of study and personal experience in the Iyengar, Kripalu, and dance traditions to her classes, yoga teacher trainings, individual sessions, and workshops. Although our studio’s focus is in the yogic tradition, and classes for all ages and levels are offered, we also offer classes in meditative and creative movement, and other subjects that support our intention. Workshops with other instructors are also offered. Michael Woltz has made a lifelong study of the journey of consciousness through both the individual and relationship process. He is the progenitor of a pantheistic philosophy that incorporates mysticism, mythology, and psychology. Michael leads classes on the journey of consciousness. Our studio is located in a peaceful, rural setting surrounded by waterfalls and a serene, parklike environment, which is sometimes used as a support for our explorations. We encourage a supportive, lighthearted atmosphere where the vast potential of mind, body, and spirit can readily unfold.
