The Stone Center for Yoga &amp; Health provides yoga, yoga therapy, stress management, wellness coaching, Pilates classes, and workshops that are sensible, nurturing, and empowering. In classes, private sessions, and teacher trainings, you are invited into a world of well-being for body, mind, and spirit. We believe there is a “yoga of living” in which each of us can excel, regardless of age, health status, gender, or background. Be it in anatomy-based, breath-centered classes or stress-reducing one-on-one sessions, we welcome you to our bright, airy, and spacious wheelchair-accessible studio with warmth and compassion. Our principal style is Structural Yoga as taught by Mukunda Stiles. This method adapts yoga to your individual needs. The Center is also home to certified instructors of Anusara, cardiac, and Svaroopa Yoga, and Pilates.We build community through our free monthly Meditation Circle, volunteer activities, workshops, our Yoga Alliance-accredited 200-hour yoga teacher training, advanced yoga studies, and yoga teacher mentor-coaching. Our dedicated instructors can come to your home or bring this practice to gyms, corporations, senior citizen centers, institutions, and schools.
