I was given this book as a gift from a wonderful yoga instructor that I had only shared a few classes with. He wanted me to take a deeper look into yoga and see more than just structured positions and rhythmic breathing. Which is great, because to a newbie that is all that yoga appeared to be. I didn’t know that there was a yoga-based lifestyle that could change every aspect of my life. So with this gift, my yogic journey began.

Steve Ross is a genius, in this easy to read book he outlines the importance of looking deeply into who we are and seeking out the changes that need to be made in order for us to live a more enlightened life. He outlines everything from diet to forgiveness and their importance in changing our worry-filled lives into a state of inner-bliss. Who doesn’t need more bliss in their life?

This book touches on so many levels, that you really need to read it for yourself to get a proper understanding of its offerings. If you are ready to take control of your life and find a more joyful existence, this is the book for you. Namaste.
