I’ve been practicing Yoga since 1991, and have been teaching for over 7 years. I have developed my own style of Yoga based on flowing movements, holding poses, (sometimes using props), various breathing techniques — based on the styles of Iyengar, Kundalini, Viniyoga and Vinyasa. Our studio is quiet, warm, and has all the supplies you need to learn and practice Yoga. And we practice with a light and joyful heart.
