Power Fusion Yoga specializes in one-on-one Personal Training in yoga. We teach an integration of hatha yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Power, Ashtanga and an eclectic flow mix. We offer beginner as well as intermediate/advanced yoga training that will enable you to grow and learn at your own pace in a personalized setting. Yoga teacher training courses are conducted several times per year, which will enable the participant to become registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level upon completion of course. Pilates Mat and Reformer classes are also available to complement your yoga practice.
