Pacific Heights Health Club offers a holistic approach to improving your health and well-being. We have a full schedule of yoga classes, held seven days a week in Flow, our spacious, sunlit studio. We are committed to promoting regular yoga practice as a path towards conscious, healthful living. Our amazing teachers have the ability to inspire students at all levels of experience, from the newcomer to advanced practitioner. In addition, we offer private and semi-private sessions that are designed for individuals wishing to advance their yoga practice or focus on a particular issue. Styles include hatha, vinyasa, restorative, gentle, and Iyengar. Towels, showers, lockers and mats provided. Everyone is welcome: Drop in anytime.
