Rooted in its precise attention to alignment, and supported by the Buddhist meditation traditions of mindfulness and compassion, the center has four practice rooms holding over 150 weekly classes. We offer daily basic, intermediate, and advanced-level classes, as well as courses for brand-new beginners and those interested in restorative, gentle, and prenatal yoga. Each studio is fully equipped with mats, yoga blocks, belts, wedges, and eye pillows. We offer myriad teacher training programs, both at the 200- and 500-hour level, and all of our esteemed teachers are OM-trained. OM Yoga’s Buddhist studies program, offering mindfulness and lovingkindness meditation courses to deepen and integrate your yoga and Buddhist practices.
