As an open, kind, and compassionate Yoga Alliance 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and PhD scientist, I teach an eclectic Hatha Yoga blend learned from several nationally recognized instructors. Iyengar, Anusara, Vinyasa, and other training, with five years teaching experience. I also practice Thai Yoga Therapy, perfect for athletes and new or experienced yoga practitioners. Based in Ancient Thai Medicine, Prana is moved through the body to help release physical and emotional blockages. Like yoga, it helps to unclog years of stress and tension from the body.
