Jai Shanti Yoga offers Yoga for EveryBody at an environmentally conscious, urban studio in hip LittleFivePoints, offering 30+ classes each week, including the practices of Kripalu, Integral, Sivananda, and other hatha lineages, plus expressions of vinyasa, Yin, breathwork, and meditation, Whole Birth Yoga Thai Yoga Therapy with Bill Hufschmidt and therapeutic yoga with Marlysa Sullivan. Many of our classes are open for all levels of practitioners to practice as a community, and we do offer classes just for beginners and just for yogins with a stronger foundation of experience and strength.Throughout the year, we offer a variety of workshops exploring the world of philosophy and asana practice. Our past and regular guest teachers include Amy Weintraub, Michael “Yoganand” Carroll, Dominique Sire, Shimshai, Toni Bergins, and Brad Waites.
