Healing Energy

Have you ever noticed when you hurt a finger or a limb, like stubbing a toe? Ouch, right? Do you ever notice how you go to grab that injured body part? That is because your nerves signal your brain to focus on the pain you feel on that part of you. The reason we get the signal to grab on or hold our injury is a completely instinctive reaction. Our internal survival guide directs us to want to heal the pain. There are different forms of energy healing. Reiki is one of those forms.

Reiki is a way to heal using metaphysical healing energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique used for healing and relaxation. This technique relies on ‘laying the hands’ on positions of the body to enforce ‘life force energy’ also known as prana. This life force energy is what causes us to be alive. We naturally have this ‘life force energy’ flowing through us. We can access this energy and use it for its natural healing properties.

These healing properties have proven to heal what is known as ‘dis ease’. This ‘dis ease’ within our body is caused from blockages, illness, and injury. This can lead to more serious issues as it tends to build upon itself as time goes on. This life force energy is driven from the Universe. The Universe offers a spiritual energy that practitioners can access. The practitioner acts as a vessel for the Universe’s energy to transfer into the illness in order to heal people.

In order for this Universal energy to be access, a practitioner has to attune themselves. Attunement is the ability to pass onto other reiki practitioners. This treatment feels like a radiant light uncasing your entire body. Reiki is a spiritual healing process for the entire body as a whole, including body, emotions, and mind. This healing feels very relaxing, safe, and a sense of security.

The founder of reiki spiritual healing was Usui Mikao.

The secret art of inviting happiness
The miraculous medicine of all diseases
Just for today, do not anger
Do not worry and be filled with gratitude
Devote yourself to your work. Be kind to people
Every morning and evening, join your hands in prayer.
Pray these words to your heart
And chant these words with your mouth.
