Full Moon Yoga Studio is a hatha-based studio, with classes daily for all experience levels. Our classes range from yoga basics to power yoga. Offering classes in: yoga basics, gentle or chair yoga, sun salutations, strong power vinyasa, prenatal and postnatal yoga. The first and third Monday of each month is dedicated to Yin Yoga practice. We also offer a special kids’ yoga class for children with disabilities. Special group classes (four or more people) can be developed to fit your individual needs. One-on-one personal practice classes offered. Various workshops available throughout the year. All teachers are certified through the Yoga Alliance. All classes are ongoing, with the exception of the kids with disabilities class, which is an eight-week series. Drop-ins always welcome. Mats available for use. Free mat storage to all yogis and yoginis. Full Moon Yoga Studio is designed to be a comfortable and welcoming space, a place where you can improve not only your body but also your mental state. Our instructors are highly qualified in the various areas of yoga that are taught at the studio; they look forward to helping you along your yoga path, always paying attention to your individual needs whether supervising you in class or planning a yoga regimen with you.
