Flow Yoga offers multilevel classes in a large, light-filled studio. Classes are based on power vinyasa yoga in which postures are linked in a dynamic, flowing sequence that is designed to cultivate heat, stamina, flexibility, and strength in the body. This practice has been likened to a dynamic dance in which breath, alignment, and awareness combine to improve overall health, generate inner calm, and promote presence of mind. Come experience meditation in motion! Beginner classes and privates are available. Drop-ins are welcome.
