Fitness firm is a full fitness facility, and “yoga” is our middle name. We’re in a historical 100-year-old building that’s clean, safe, and friendly. We offer yoga classes three times a week in a huge studio on the third floor. Plenty of space, lots of natural lighting, candles in the windows if it’s dark outside. Groovy music from jazz to integrated urban hip-hop native beats. Our instructors are Yoga Fit–certified. Our program is now in it’s fifth year. Our classes will thrill you, chill you, and will motivate you to do more! Truly respectful of pure yoga with special attention to each individual that comes to practice. You go at your own pace, encouraging you to work your edge. July 24-29 is yoga week, with classes all week long featuring five different modes of practice. Call for class times.
