I would like to start off by saying that just because I am embarking on this liquidarian journey doesn’t mean that periodically I don’t still have cravings for actual foods. As the days go on certain foods periodically surface. How could they not? On a cellular level my cells are coded so to speak with certain foods that stem from when I was a child. People don’t realize this but what people feed their children at a young age sets up the molecular structure of the encoded cells throughout their bodies. This is why it is more important then ever to pay attention to what you are not only putting into your body, but more importantly your children’s. All they know is what you give them. If you give them junk all they know is junk. If you give them pure living foods their bodies will be vibrant well beyond adolescence. This might seem far fetched to some of you who are new to this way of life and or eating. I’m sure we all have heard at one time or another that saying “You are what you eat”. Well I challenge you to look around and I guarantee just by looking at some people you can get a pretty good inclination of what they are consuming. Well, at least I can. Its a shame because either people are so close minded that they are unable to see outside the little box they live in, or they are not educated on this lifestyle. That is where this blog comes into play. I will be using and referring to different products, healers, nutritionists, health practicioners, books, products, etc. In addition to discussing topics or random things that I feel the universe would like for me to convey.
I have had several people reach out and ask me certain questions on how I got involved in this lifestyle, and why I choose to remain on it. First, and foremost I recommend reading my bio, as that will give you most of your answers. Other questions are what do you do for working out. Well, I don’t really have an answer for that. I just go with it, while making sure I hit and target every muscle throughout my body. I am fortunate that I have had the opportunity to study the human body to the depths I have. Therefore, I am aware of every single muscle that I am using in conjunction with the synergist muscles. Allowing for me to focus and imagine everyone of them, as I am doing a certain exercise. Sometimes, I even go as far as visualizing each individual muscle fiber in each muscle belly. For instance lets say that I want to target my Rectus Abdominis, External and Internal Oblique. Flexion is the action that is needed to work them properly. This might seem like a no brainer, but when you can visually picture what each muscle belly looks like and how it works together as a synergist with the others you will notice more stamina, and that action will become effortless. At times I don’t even realize that I have been working one muscle for the amount of time that I have, but its all because of the synergy, and becoming an observer of my body. I vividly see the muscular structure and how I want it to look. Like I am an artist and I am painting my body the way I am imagining it in my head. That is the best way for me to describe it. I do this all throughout my day at least I try to remember, but sometimes life gets in the way and I forget. You don’t have to designate a set time to workout or exercise. People fail to realize that life is an exercise. Everything we do involves posture, which involves muscles, which are all supported by our skeletal system. What does that mean? Well, look around at people’s postures. If you notice the ones that have injuries, etc. are the ones with a weak skeletal and muscular system. Why? Because they don’t have good posture. Why do people have bad posture? Well, the list can go on and on, but I have observed first hand that my state of mind plays a huge factor and role in it. Body language. If we focus on our posture all of our muscles will have no choice but to work on a synergistic level versus as antagonists, allowing for your body to move effortlessly the way god has intended for us to move.
