We offer a unique practice space and a friendly, non-competitive environment. All student levels are welcome to any of our classes. Just drop-in, no pre-registration necessary.
A class appropriate for all level of student, but is geared towards helping those who feel they “can’t do yoga” to find comfort, while seeking a routine of exercise and health. No Judgement, no pressure. Just an opportunity to be good to yourself for an hour each week, and to encourage positve change in your life! This is a perfect class for beginners. No experience necessary.
