Classes and workshops include all levels of vinyasa flow, including beginners, restorative, prenatal, Mommy & Me, and yoga for children and teens. Private sessions available, as well as personal yoga sessions in the student’s home or workplace. Workshops in nutrition, hormone-related issues, aging, organic products and the immune system, as well as various levels of asana practice, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Quiet, picturesque, and private setting allows practitioners space for deep meditation and introspection. Walking meditations as well as outdoor yoga available, weather permitting. Self- awareness and expression is encouraged and practitioners are reminded of bringing a spirit of nonjudgment and individuality to their practice and to allow the asana and their experience to unfold gradually. Classes and the overall energy of Braveheart Yoga is balance, moderation, and health. Kripalu Yoga-trained, safety, compassion, and connection to the breath are of the utmost importance. Trained in medicinal aromatherapy, classes frequently experience the benefits of the flower, tree, and plant essences. Hands-on assists are offered with complete respect to the individual’s personal space. Students are encouraged to not only acknowledge the deep transformative and sometimes reverent respect to their yoga practice, but to also see the joy and dynamic creativity in spontaneous, fluid movement, asana and dance, and to notice each breath.
