Blue Lotus Yoga and Wellness offers yoga for all levels and abilities. Our serene, peaceful studio provides a nurturing, noncompetitive environment where students can realize their greatest potential for health and wellness. Styles include hatha, Ananda (a gentle inward practice), vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, and adaptive/gentle yoga. Weekly group meditation is offered. Owner and director Lisa Marie is a registered nurse, massage therapist, and registered yoga teacher with over 20 years of health care experience. Blue Lotus also provides customized individual and workplace wellness programs. Services include yoga, meditation, stress reduction, nutrition counseling, healing energy work, yoga for desk jockeys, seated massage, and ergonomic assessments.
