Anyone can do yoga! At Bedford Yoga it is easy for anyone to begin yoga. Even those who are stiff, overweight, out of shape, or recovering from an illness can benefit greatly from the yoga postures, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques.Our beginner and general level classes allow students to work in a noncompetititve atmosphere at their own pace under the guidance of an experienced, certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. Private sessions are available as well.We utilize props to modify poses when necessary to achieve the most beneficial pose with a balance of ease and effort. Students leave class feeling refreshed, tranquil, and full of vitality.
