Satyananda Yoga is a well known style of yoga that is deeply rooted in tradition, yet current enough to be relevant for today’s practitioners.   It is a hybrid of Hatha, Karma, Raja, Jnana, Bhakti, Mantra, and some other influences. Satyananda combines the diverse styles into a regimented and systematic approach, that is geared to encompass all aspects of our being. It was founded by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

Satyananda Yoga is for everyone. The style focuses on individual growth through the various styles and the classes are offered at various levels to ensure that a new student can develop with the style. Satyananda Yoga is an all inclusive lifestyle yoga. It includes focusing awareness of one’s entire entity. It aligns the student’s body and mind while providing inner peace, strength, and freedom.
