The kula (community) of yoga practitioners at AKY are a diverse group, representing all shapes, sizes, socio-economic backgrounds, and yoga abilities, providing the basis of our philosophy, yoga is for everybody and every body.
Our classes range from Gentle Yoga in Chairs to powerful Hatha Vinyasa. Each class does have one thing in common with each asana (posture), pranayama (breath control) is intended to help you achieve greater balance and a more open heart in your daily life and all you do.
