Yogi Bhajan, master of Kundalini Yoga and White Tantric, brought Kundalini Yoga–the Yoga of awareness–to the West in 1968 and established the Yoga Center in Kansas City in 1972. Yogi Bhajan taught that, through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, glandular and nervous systems are stimulated and the capacity for creative potential is heightened. Practitioners gain inner vitality to compensate for the adverse effects of stress and can excel in life.”Kundalini Yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama, mantra, music, and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing, and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. ” –Yogi Bhajan. The Kansas City Kundalini Yoga Center offers daily classes in Kundalini Yoga and meditation, Full Moon Meditations, workshops on a large variety of subjects, and Sat Nam Rasayan practice.
